Currently this delivery service is for Norwich and surrounding areas within the North and Southern Bypasses. As the service builds up momentum we will look into delivering further afield. Info will be released from our Facebook page prior to any plans being implemented.
Initially we are taking pre-orders only. This may change in the future so we can take orders on the day. Pre-orders will need to be received two days prior to your delivery day. This enables us to order ingredients and prepare them for you fresh.
Simple instructions for ordering:
Please make sure when ordering, to add a time slot to your basket.
Click on the day which your'e looking to order your meal . If you are looking to order for more than one day, you can do this within the same order. If you are adding sides, it would be easier to put through separate orders.
Add your dishes and quantities to the basket, along with any sides and drinks.
Once you have chosen you order, check all required items are in the basket and follow the checkout process. You will need to add your email so that we can confirm your order has been received. This will also allow us to update you, on the day, that we are in the process of preparing your order, and again, when it is leaving is on its way to you.
In the comments box when checking out, please add instruction as to the specific date for which you are ordering, along with any further instruction you feel might make delivery easier. We will endeavor to get your food delivered to your door before the end of your selected time slot.
Payment can be at checkout using PayPal. You can also pay using a credit or debit card, via PayPal. You will not need to have a PayPal account to make this payment. Please follow the instructions to checkout as a guest.
